Introduction
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data collected by StatLabo. This page explains how to proceed and what this entails.
Data Covered by Deletion
When you request data deletion, we delete:
- Your account information (email, name, password)
- Your profile data and preferences
- All files you have uploaded
- Your usage history and analyses
- Data received via Facebook Login (if applicable)
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request data deletion in two ways:
Method 1: Deletion via Your Account
- Log in to your StatLabo account
- Access your account settings
- Click "Delete my account" and confirm
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email to our team with your deletion request:
Suggested subject: "Data Deletion Request - [Your email]"
Processing Timeline
We process your deletion request within a maximum of 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Data Retained for Legal Reasons
Some data may be retained to comply with our legal obligations:
- Data required by law (tax, accounting)
- Transaction history for accounting
- Security logs to prevent fraud
Facebook Data Deletion
If you logged in via Facebook Login, you can also revoke our application's access:
Steps to revoke Facebook access:
- Go to Facebook > Settings & Privacy > Settings
- Click on "Apps and Websites"
- Find "StatLabo" and click "Remove"
Deletion Confirmation
Once your request is processed, we will send you a confirmation email to the address associated with your account to confirm that all your data has been deleted.
